Lawyer's Row—Centreville

Baker Ingram & Assoc., a structural engineering firm, contacted us to help stabilize this building that was falling down. Its foundation had been washed out as a result of a water main break. In collaboration with the engineers, Gary Smith Builders supported the building, keeping the adjacent buildings from collapsing. The end result - demolishing the old structure & constructing a (3) story building as if it's always been a part of the historic, downtown Lawyer's Row in Centreville, MD.
